MHRC Brings Dignity, Comfort, and Care to Those in Need

Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal, will inaugurate the Manipal Hospice and Respite Center (MHRC) at Havanje, Udupi, on April 30, 2025.
The centre will be inaugurated by Hon’ble Justice Shri S. Abdul Nazeer, His Excellency, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh, in the august presence of Mrs Vasanti R Pai, Trustee, MAHE Trust, and Dr Ranjan R Pai, President, MAHE Trust & Chairman, MEMG, Bengaluru.
The Manipal Hospice and Respite Center (MHRC) is being set up to offer supportive care to patients who are terminally ill by reducing pain and ensuring comfort, addressing the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients and their families. This initiative reflects MAHE’s strong commitment to high-quality healthcare and service to society.
