Our faculty, Ms. Yashu Bansal, was invited to conduct an awareness session on the occasion of International Data Privacy Day, for the employees of Federal Bank in Kerala. Celebrated on January 28 every year, the event received overwhelmingly positive response and helped employees in understanding the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
On the occasion of Privacy Day, our law school announced an essay writing competition for the students on the theme of data privacy as a fundamental right. The MLC Centre on AI and Data Privacy Laws will be evaluating the submissions and cash prizes will be awarded to top 3 essays.
