Ms. Nandini Sinha is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Commerce, MAHE Bengaluru. Coming from a background spanning both industry and Academia, she found her calling in Teaching and shaping bright young minds of tomorrow. Tracing her Academic journey, she completed BA. Honours Political Science, from Hindu College, University of Delhi, in 2014 followed by Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Law Centre 1, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, in 2017. Thereafter, she briefly practised as a lawyer in the area of commercial law which taught her relevant practical and advocacy skills. She has pursued Masters in law (LL.M) from Maharishi University of Information Technology, Noida. She has also qualified UGC NET (Law) in 2023 and previously worked as an Assistant Professor of Law at Apeejay Stya University, Gurugram, Haryana and at School of Law, Presidency University, Bengaluru. She is presently pursuing Ph.D from Amity University, Haryana. Apart from teaching, she has actively been involved in convening events as an Event Coordinator, student programs, participating and coordinating in Faculty Development programs, conferences, paper presentations, curriculum development and research. Her research interest lies in constitutional law, commercial & business law, contract law and contemporary legal developments with an objective of exploring niche areas like data protection, Artificial intelligence, the intersection of law and technology etc. She focuses on interdisciplinary approaches that connect legal theory with fields like political science, business, economics, and technology, promoting a deeper understanding of law’s influence on society.
