Rajnandini Chakrabarti is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Department of Liberal Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. She holds Master’s degree in Psychology and Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, and Psychology. She has gained practical exposure through clinical and rehabilitation internships. Her academic interests include mental health, well-being, resilience, and positive psychology, with a particular focus on research-driven understanding of psychological constructs. She is also a Certified CBT Coach Practitioner and has completed a certified course in Sports Psychology. She has actively contributed to academic research and scholarly discourse, having presented multiple research papers at national and international conferences. She is committed to applying psychological theory and research to real-world mental health settings and aspires to build meaningful career in research and academia.
