  • Intelligent, ethical, articulate and active individuals with the will to upgrade their skills are encouraged to pursue the University programmes
  • The applicant has to submit a completed application along with relevant enclosures to the University authorised Learning Centres well within the due date. The Learning Centres will forward the same to the University. If the application is complete in all respects and the University is satisfied with the applicant's eligibility and suitability for admission into the respective programme, the student will be granted admission to that programme. No candidate is permitted to pursue more than one programme at a time from SMU-DE. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any application
  • If the applications received from the students are not complete in any respect, those students may be given provisional enrolment at the University's discretion. Such students will have to submit the required eligibility documents as communicated by the university at the earliest, upon receipt of which their enrolment will be confirmed subject to the eligibility fulfilment. Provisionally enrolled students will be allowed to appear in the examinations only after their enrolment is confirmed.
  • All the students who have enrolled in the programmes of the University will be provided a programme guide for each programme and semester. They should go through the same thoroughly
  • An identity card will be provided to students after their enrolment in a programme
  • Those students who are unable to complete the programme within the specified validity period are required to register themselves afresh by paying the requisite fee as per the University regulations
